It's EZ to make excuses not to be creative.

Creativity is a valuable part of every person’s individuality, and we must exercise our creativity to maintain it.

Complacency is a nasty habit that can be hard to kick.

Every year, our homes gather dust, webs, and dirt.  It is up to the owner of the house to ensure that the dirt, webs, and dust don't

gather too abundantly.

Think of your brain as a house,

it also gathers dust if we don't give it a good cleaning every now and then. And if it gets too dirty we may never find it again.

Which is why we must clean.

Cleaning can be a tedious activity to endure, if the circumstances allow, but it can also be a fun and rewarding experience.

It’s like brainstorming, sometimes you sit there and stare for an extended period before you actually dive in and start making substantial

progress.

Sitting and staring at the mess is not going to help clean it up, just like staring at your walls won’t make it decorate itself.

Every nook and cranny in your home has the potential to be an artistic expression of your mind.

So don't stare at the walls and expect Martha Stewart to pop out and start working miracles.

Be proactive and hands-on.

Try arranging some decor and furniture in experimental patterns.  You never know what you might stumble on.

Don't be afraid to put things where they don't belong, remember this is your individuality, no one can tell you what goes where.

Take that old quilt off of the couch, where it's been for ten years, try hanging it as a wall hanging, cut it up into fun shapes or

sequential patterns.

Making mistakes is a natural part of the process when it comes to succeeding.
