Do you ever get tired of the colors of your environment?  Are you tired of creams, beiges, and grays?  I understand, especially in the Spring and Summer when you want to break out and live lively.  Why not bring in some color to your surroundings?  Have you ever noticed how pretty and bright colors make you feel happy?  Just seeing colors such as orange, blue, yellow, red, green, and purple can enliven your outlook.  When you want to get creative energy flowing, the cheapest way to do that is to add color.  Think about it, the cost of adding a little change here and there is not that much.  You don’t have to really spend a lot of time contemplating the design.  All you have to do is go to a fabric shop and pick out some fun colorful prints, stripes, and solids.  With a number of local choices such as Wallmart, JoAnne’s Fabric, Michaels, Stat’s, and Calico Corner’s there is no excuse to suffer in a boring room or rooms.  Even if you are not able to sow, you can certainly make use of fabric glue and a staple gun right?  You can pick a few prints that go well together and are in the same family of colors and make curtains, pillows, even fold up a piece of fabric and place at the end of your bed to brighten your day.  Small elements can make a big difference.   Don’t be afraid to bring color in, because at a few dollars a yard, the risk of making errors is very low.
