I ordered the George Nelson Hang-It-All coat rack, and at first I didn't receive a confirmation/receipt because it got caught in my spam blocker. It was my first time ordering from the store, so I was a little nervous that it was not legit, but when I contacted customer service about it, they responded almost immediately and sent me all the info I needed. Three days later, my item arrived and I love it! It looks perfect in my daughter's room.
